28: 💔 How to (re)connect with all of your (body) parts and find integration within fragmentation

What if you feel disconnected from yourself–from a specific part of your body or an inner part? How can you get from numbness to connection and find integration, a sense of belonging and wholeness within yourself again 🌀?

In this episode, I share my personal experiences with my (broken) left leg and how disconnected I felt from it after my last accident and surgery. I share what helped me to re-connect with my leg in a gentle, trauma-informed way and guide you into a somatic practice 🧘🏽‍♀️ to get in contact (and re-connection) with parts of you that feel numb, suppressed, and not-like-you.

You might also want to listen to episode 27 in which I share more about my accident and my experiences with holding intense emotions in a safe way.

💔 Tune in and hear about:

  • Why numbness or disconnection has always a reason and does makes sense

  • How you can tiptoe yourself gently into a relationship with your body and „lost“ inner parts

  • Why we don’t want to force ourselves into wholeness

  • How to find integration within fragmentation

  • A somatic practice for re-connection

This episode is for everyone who wants to come into a (deeper) relationship with themselves, they soul & body 🫂 AND this is for you if you struggle with numbness, freeze, shame, or disconnection from yourself.
