Terms and Conditions

By booking services from me, Verena Borell, each customer bindingly declares that they are of legal age and legally competent. The participant confirms that they are physically and mentally capable of meeting the requirements.

In your own interest and for your own well-being, please inform me, Verena Borell, of any chronic conditions, musculoskeletal disorders, or other physical or mental health issues before the course or program begins.

The participant acknowledges that the services offered are not intended to serve as a therapeutic or healing program. They do not in any way constitute or replace medical, therapeutic, psychological, or psychotherapeutic treatment.

Liability

Participation in this offering/course/program is at your own risk. I, Verena Borell, am not liable for any accidents, damages, trauma or physical or psychological injuries sustained by participants.

Cancellation and rescheduling of appointments

Due to illness or personal reasons, I, Verena Borell, reserve the right to reschedule agreed-upon appointments. Rescheduling by me does not entitle you to a refund or compensation.

Terms of Payment

Monthly installments or the lump-sum payment must be paid in full and on time. There is no right to request a refund of amounts already paid or to terminate the installment plan early.

Confidentiality & Discretion

All information exchanged as part of our collaboration will be treated as strictly confidential by me, Verena Borell, and will not be disclosed to third parties. This does not apply to information that is generally known or readily available.

Sharing of content

Each participant agrees not to disclose or publicly share any materials or content from the course, program, or offering with third parties. It is not permitted to copy content provided in the program or course, or content communicated verbally, and use it for one’s own purposes or offerings.
