My astrological work is rooted in evolutionary astrology in the lineage of Jeffrey Wolf Green. In EA, the birth chart becomes a mirror and a map of your soul's evolution—your (spiritual) development across many incarnations.

Focusing on specific points in the chart (especially Pluto and the Lunar Nodes) brings clarity about the dynamics of your soul's past and helps you recognize your soul desires —the reasons WHY your soul is incarnated and what it wants to resolve, develop, and heal.

Even though evolutionary astrology is my astrological foundation, I work with astrology in an experience-based, embodied, and intuitive way.

Important to know:

I view and use astrology as a tool, an aid, to help you understand yourself better, gain clarity about your (subconscious) issues, and become more aware of and able to balance your different inner aspects and needs.

In my opinion, neither I, nor your birth chart, nor astrology has the power (or the right) to tell you who you are, what you should do, or what THE ultimate solution is.

In my opinion, too many so-called experts use astrology in a way that disempowers and disables you instead of empowering you.

As mentioned, astrology can assist you in understanding yourself better and shorten the process of gaining insight.

But essentially, astrology and I, as your guide, are “only” here to help you become more of the woman—or person—that you already are at your core, and to follow more closely what you already know intuitively.

The good news is that you are allowed to think, decide, and act (confidently) for yourself.

The bad news is that you are allowed to think, decide, and act (independently) for yourself.

I often find it difficult to explain in words what somatic experiencing®, or SE for short, is... because it's about somatic and physical EXPERIENCE.

Somatic experiencing® helps you find and strengthen an inner sense of (relative) security and anchor yourself in the here and now, enabling you to hold and release fears, stress, and trauma. You become aware of unconscious, automatic protective responses of your nervous system, giving you more freedom of action, agency, self-understanding and self-compassion.
